Can you spot the tiny skipper? |
Feeding time for the Grass Yellow |
I usually see a lizard or two lying in wait for their prey amid the leaves and the blooms. In my small garden this plant attracts the most varied wildlife (including the sunbirds) and it's always such a joy to photograph them all.
The next two pictures show the bees that come regularly.
Another zinnia blooms and a tiny green spider finds its home!!

Beautiful capture of the butterflies and blooms. The critters are cool too, love the lizards. Wonderful post and photos.
Beautiful pictures! The butterflies are almost becoming part of the flower blooms!!!
I do love your beautiful flowers and butterflies, and yes, the critters, too! Lovely look at the nature in your world! Thanks for sharing the beauty!

Wonderful flowers and winged visitors. The little spider is a great capture too.
The peacock pansy butterfly is very pretty. I was a little spooked seeing the lizard. We have skinks in our garden but they lurk on the ground not up in the leaves.
A(nother) wonderful selection, Kanak. Your photos are always full of colourful energy!
Another lovely post Kanak. I don't think I've ever seen such unusual looking bees especially the first, it has such a long body!! I always enjoy seeing your lizards and that is a sweet little butterfly/moth in the photo with the lizard. I like the pretty Grass Yellow too.
lovely photos, that's a particularly pretty butterfly!
I love your eye for the small visitors of which you have so many. It is early summer here yet and I could only hope to find so many yard visitors..lovely...Michelle
